• Custom website design and development.
• Shopify store creation with the FRANCENEL theme (100+ sections, 35+ customizable blocks).
• Free domain for one year and three months of free Shopify maintenance (then $25/month or more).
• Full ownership of website source code with no subscriptions.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project.
• Ensure content you supply (e.g., text, images) does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner.
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Our services require a one-time payment for website or Shopify store creation. Maintenance fees ($25/month or more) apply after the initial three-month free period for Shopify stores. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the source code of your custom website or Shopify store.
• The FRANCENEL theme remains the intellectual property of Francenel-codes, licensed for your use.
• Any content you provide (e.g., logos, images) remains your property.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms, including non-payment or misuse of our services. You may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Francenel-codes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.

8. Governing Law
